Better Health at Work – Maintaining Excellence Level Achieved

In March, it was confirmed that the Seqens Middlesbrough and Billingham sites had achieved Maintaining Excellence Level for their Better Health at Work activities in 2020.

The Better Health at Work Award recognizes the efforts of employers in the North East of England in addressing health issues within the workplace and it is an opportunity to promote a healthy lifestyle and consider the health of our employees.

The Middlesbrough and Billingham sites have been working on the award since 2016, when they achieved Bronze Award, followed by Silver in 2017, Gold in 2018 and Continuing Excellence in 2019. To achieve the Maintaining Excellence Award for 2020, events were held for employees at the Middlesbrough and Billingham sites that focused on Mental Health and Wellbeing, Physical Activity, Helping the Homeless and Cancer Awareness, and all were a great success!
